PRIM Construction recently completed a 48,000-square-foot speculative warehouse development for TNN Enterprises, designed in collaboration with CHS Architects. This state-of-the-art, high-racking tilt-wall facility is buildout-ready, featuring 12 dock-high doors and advanced loading equipment to meet diverse operational needs. The project was completed in just 8 months thanks to the seamless partnership between PRIM, owner Charlie Pham, and the architectural team.
